March 2007 - CIH Cymru Conference Fringe Session In March 2007 H+C sponsored a fringe session at the CIH Conference held in City Hall, Cardiff. A prize of a bottle of champagne was awarded to Jon Morris from Neath Port Talbot CBC (currently seconded to i2i) for the most humorous response to the question “How many consultants does it take to change a policy?” Jon’s response was “depends how wide you want to spread the blame”.
